This series picks up 10 years after Armada, in evry much the way Season 3 of G1 picked up after the movie. Alpha Q, the "new" QUintesson" sends Decepticon drones out to steal Energon to revive Unicron, adn Megtran si reformatted by Unicron to serve him.
Minicons are still around, but now the figures tend to rely on just themselves. The Autobots combine, and the Decepticons have "Hyper Power".
Autobots
Hot Shot returns in a new body. This figure is much better than the old Hot shot, and even has a thermo-rifle... although he doesn't have knees.
Skyblast is one of the two initial Omnicons(should have been called Omnibots IMO). These Autobots are able to easily process Energon, and pass the power of it along to their comrades. They can also fashion weapons out of it. Skyblast Makes a nifty space fighter, and is reminiscent of both G1 Skyfire and Jetfire at the same time.
Decepticons
Starscream may be dead, but he sure doesn't give up. He returns as an Energon "ghost", although he seems to have a new body simaler to "War Within" Starscream, and is armed with a gun and sword.
Battle Ravage is one of the drones Alpha Q sends out. He is very reminiscent of the original Ravage from G1 and Night Slash Cheetor, and carries a gun that looks very much like G1 Megatron's.
